Before starting in real estate, Lily was working toward a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. During this time, she developed key skills in communication, multitasking, and staying calm under pressure—qualities she now uses daily in her role to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
As the first point of contact for many clients, Lily is known for being friendly, kind, and helpful. Whether greeting clients at reception, assisting with listing preparations, or helping the sales team with day-to-day tasks, she prides herself on being reliable and approachable, always aiming to make each interaction positive and professional.
