Fletcher’s move into real estate was a natural progression of long-standing interests. Deeply connected to his local community, Fletcher plays for the Lauderdale Football Club in the Southern Football League and is a member of the Tasmanian Devils Senior Mens football team, he thrives on the camaraderie and discipline that competitive sport provides. His commitment to fitness and team success reflects his professional ethos: consistent effort, strong communication, and the ability to keep cool under pressure.
Fletcher recently completed his Property Representative qualification and is already looking ahead—keen to expand his expertise through additional study in marketing, business management, and valuation.
